Built for the burned out, the over-caffeinated, and the criminally underappreciated.

The Salty Sgt was born somewhere between the 10th coffee refill and the 40th page of paperwork no one wanted to write. We create gear for law enforcement, first responders, and the gloriously exhausted — those who’ve seen too much and cope with just the right amount of sarcasm.

Our designs are minimalist, our messages aren’t. Every shirt, mug, or sticker we drop speaks for the shift worker who’s long since run out of filter — and that’s exactly the point.

We’re not here to sugarcoat the job. We’re here to laugh at it… then go do it anyway.
